Guernica 37 was co-founded by Toby Cadman and Almudena Bernabeu and is part of The Guernica Group. It operates from Chambers in Central London with associated offices in Madrid and San Francisco. Victoria Bernabeu as Head of Administration and Finance, Nenad Vucijak as Senior Clerk and Chelsea Qu as Executive Assistant to the Head of Chambers.
Najib is a member of the Bar of England and Wales. Prior to qualifying as a Barrister he practised in Bangladesh as advocate and worked for six years as a case manager with the defence at the International Crimes Tribunal, Bangladesh.
Ibrahim is a member of the Bar of England and Wales, having completed pupillage in Chambers in 2019. He has developed specialist knowledge and experience in international law, currently applying it to the Middle East and North Africa.
Omar became a Guernica 37 member, following successful completion of his pupillage in September 2020. He is developing a practice across a spectrum of chambers’ practice areas, with a particular focus in international human rights, extradition, international crime and immigration.
Shannon Raj Singh
Shannon is an American attorney specialized in international criminal law, the intersection of technology and human rights, and the prevention of mass atrocities.
Poppy recently completed her Law with South East Asian Law LL.B degree at the University of Nottingham, having spent her third year abroad at the National University of Singapore. She is currently undertaking her BPTC at BPP Law School in London.

Victoria leads Chambers' administrative and financial department. She is also in charge of all other organisational needs of Guernica 37.

Nenad is a professionally qualified, highly experienced operations manager with extensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of business management.
Executive Assistant to the Head of Chambers
A native of Sichuan Province in the People’s Republic of China, Chelsea has lived, studied and worked in the UK for almost ten years.
