Standard Terms | Guernica 37
Guernica 37 has adopted Standard Terms to apply to all instructions.
Guernica 37 operates a flexible approach and offers prospective clients a number of options when instructing a Member of Chambers.
We have standard terms that apply to instructions from (a) Solicitors and Authorised Persons who have been authorised by the Law Society or the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA); (b) individuals; (c) organisations and associations; (d) Governments and governmental institutions; (e) international organisations.
Where appropriate we will consider taking on a matter pro bono and will advise prospective clients as to potential sources of funding.
