Introduction
Mark is a member of the Bar of England and Wales. He has a wealth of experience at all levels of the legal system, and is a welcome addition to the group; further bolstering the groups’ ability to assist clients at all levels.
Mark has particular experience of the Colombian legal system.
Current work
Since 2009, Mark has been working in Colombia, currently being based in the Colombian Attorney General’s Office, creating units that investigate and determine prosecution strategies for Crimes against Humanity, Public Corruption, and Organised Crime.
Previous experience
Prior to qualifying as a Barrister, Mark was the Deputy Head of Interpol UK, and a senior investigative officer for NCIS/UK Law Enforcement, dealing with high profile and complex crime
