Ibro Bulić is a leading Prosecutor in the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina having led prosecutions in to War Crimes, Crimes against Humanity and Genocide for more than twenty-five years.

Ibro joined the Guernica 37 Advisory Council in December 2020. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Mostar in 1976. In the period from 1993 to 2005, he served as a Prosecutor in the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Mostar. He was appointed as a State Prosecutor in February 2005 and has been a member of the Special Department for War Crimes prosecuting some of the leading cases at the Bosnian State Court, notably cases arising from the Genocide in Srebrenica. He also serves as a trainer at the Centre for Education of Judges and Prosecutors of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
